I have an older truck that I believe the hitch opining was more worn than normal. This is an excellent product my insert is nice and tight now.
This is the only product that actually works. used it just once, you have to be careful to jiggle and tighten at the same time. Gerry, the owner, worked with me to customize another bracket for my 4Runner and he did with no charge. That was awesome to me.
