This is the first "Tight&Quiet" solution for 2" draw bars with a sleeve in a 2 1/2" receiver.  It uses the standard 2" NoPlayWedge plate in conjunction with the NEW NoPlayWedge adapter sleeve to fill the gaps and stop the rattling noise.  It works with your locking hitch pin, or your standard hitch pin.
